Leadership development, along with group and one-to-one training, are led by Alberto Lidji and supported by a dedicated team of professionals. Alberto has extensive leadership experience and expertise. He was formerly the Global CEO of the Novak Djokovic Foundation and has more than 20 years' of board and governance experience. Alberto is currently a Visiting Professor at Strathclyde Business School and was previously a Visiting Fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School.
He has driven strategic initiatives with a wide range of international organisations, such as the World Bank (Early Wins for Lifelong Returns initiative), UNICEF (Family Outreach Programme), and Harvard University (NDF Science and Innovation Fellowship). He has worked with and advised some of the world's leading philanthropic foundations and corporates, and is recognised for his excellent ability to probe leaders' thinking, quickly grasp organisational challenges and effectively formulate strategic solutions.
